I have known Marth Phinjikah for almost 4 years. Martha was a bank worker when I was working at Achieve Together in Rayne, Braintree. Martha worked across many different services there, so I have worked with her in many different settings, and with clients of varying abilities and behaviours. Martha was always extremely hardworking, bright, cheerful, efficient and has loads of common sense. Martha fitted into different teams very quickly and was popular with staff and clients alike. Martha was one of those people that you are pleased to see as you know she will pull her weight, do everything properly, and will treat everyone with respect. After leaving Achieve Together my elderly father had a fall and I immediately contacted Martha to see if she could provide temporary care (I cannot think of a better recommendation than this!). Martha has been superb with my Dad, she immediately established rapport and trust. I can go to work safe in the knowledge that everything will be done and that Dad is in safe, experienced hands. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Yours faithfully Rosemary Hardington
